IKEA Karlstad couch (Crawley RH11)
Brown IKEA 2 seater for asap collection. 164cm length 90cm depth 64cm high Much loved but moving and is no longer required. It is sturdy on the feet. Left armchair is sturdy buthas a wobble so there must be a broken wood piece inside it but I'm sure it's easily fixable. Covers are removable for washing. It does come from a home with pets. So it will have wear. There is still a lot of life in it. I've had it for many years myself. This is to go as soon as possible.

Fire doors x4 (Crawley RH11)

Good quality doors. They were previously used as doors in a hotel I believe. These were used in my home to split the up and downstairs. 3 of them were joined to create a wall, while the 4th was used as the sliding door. A wooden spacer was installed to reach the ceiling. If you want to do the same you would just need the track for the ceiling and floor. The sliding door at the bottom discoloured. However, It looked fabulous when they were setup as per first picture. These are fire doors so they are very heavy. Measuring 223cm x 83.8cm x 4.6cm. Ready for collection.

Used about 5 times. Been in storage for years. It says on the box that it shreds staples, credit cards and cd's as well worked really well when last used. I have no need for it anymore.

17 issues of top gear magazines issue numbers 361-381, date range Is July 2022 - March 2024. There are 4 issues missing. They are in pristine condition. There may possibly be some pages missing as our daughter had a school project. But generally everything is perfect. Hopefully someone else will enjoy them. Thanks.
