Food grade Gypsum (Walkley S6) Does anybody want this food grade gypsum for making tofu? I tried it but I'll stick to nigari. It's almost a full bag, about 4 tsp have been used and it's still got a long date on it. I just thought I'd ask, before I throw it. If you ask for this, you must be able to collect, from Walkley
