Comfortable sofa in very good condition. No tears or marks but there is some fading to the fabric the sofa having been used in our conservatory but this can be covered with cushions and throws. Fabric colour is natural. Dimensions are: W177×D104×H98 cm.

The metal crate measures 75 cm L, 52 cm W and 58 cm H and would be suitable for a medium size dog. Has removeable tray and doors at the front and side. Our dog has outgrown the crate.
