Free: office file boxes (Belper DE56) Office file boxes. Still in good usable condition. 1 has the internal spring clip broken but still usable. Also with 11 plastic A4 wallets and 4 A4 Plastic envelopes.

Free: Michelin foot pump (Belper DE56) Gifted Michelin foot pump. Good condition and hardly been used.

Free: Part bag of cement (Belper DE56) Expired Part bag of cement. Not a lot been used. Got a few small lumps in it, however should be ok still to use. Otherwise going to the tip.

Free: Hozelock enclosed hose reel (Belper DE56) Gifted This reel can be either fixed to the wall or just used free hand. Complete with all wall fixings. It’s about 10 years old but still works ok. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO HOSEPIPE ON THE REEL !!!

Free: 110v industrial dust extractor (Belper DE56) Expired Trend industrial dust extractor/Vacuum. Old and showing its age. The filter bag is a bit tatty as is the case but still in working order, complete with a few tools. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 110V machine and as such you will need a 110V transformer to use it ( they are usually yellow) This machine will not work on the normal household 215 V supply

Free: Chubb powder fire extinguisher (Belper) Expired Old and I have never used it. However it is the taker’s responsibility to check it or have it recharged to make sure it will do the job intended for.

Free: Heavy duty sack truck (Belper) Expired Old and a bit rusty but very sturdy and many years work left in it. Base folds in so it stores easier.

Free: Plastic netting (Belper) Expired Large roll of plastic netting originally specified for binding between joints of stone walls. The roll is 3m long, the mesh size is 38mm square, it is very heavy (2 man lift) no idea how much is on the roll but there is a lot judging by the weight. Ideal for temporary fencing, putting on wall for trailing plants etc and has potential for many uses.

Free: Office clear out due to retirement (Belper) Expired All approx numbers..... 18 lever arch file boxes.. 50 clear punched poly pockets.. 20 plastic wallet files. All A4 size, well used but all with plenty of life left in them.
