Hozelock enclosed hose reel (Belper DE56)
This reel can be either fixed to the wall or just used free hand. Complete with all wall fixings. It’s about 10 years old but still works ok. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO HOSEPIPE ON THE REEL !!!

110v industrial dust extractor (Belper DE56)

Trend industrial dust extractor/Vacuum. Old and showing its age. The filter bag is a bit tatty as is the case but still in working order, complete with a few tools. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 110V machine and as such you will need a 110V transformer to use it ( they are usually yellow) This machine will not work on the normal household 215 V supply

Plastic netting (Belper)

Large roll of plastic netting originally specified for binding between joints of stone walls. The roll is 3m long, the mesh size is 38mm square, it is very heavy (2 man lift) no idea how much is on the roll but there is a lot judging by the weight. Ideal for temporary fencing, putting on wall for trailing plants etc and has potential for many uses.
