Free: Damp proof membrane #2 (PE30) Approximately 4m x 7.5m used damp proof membrane. This was our temporary roof, it does have a small amount of holes where attached with roofing battens.

Free: Damp proof membrane (PE30) Approx 4m x 12m (possibly 13m) used DPM, this was our temporary roof so there are some small holes where it was attached with roofing battens. I don’t have the space to unfold it all but I believe the size is accurate.

Free: Plasterboard (PE30) 8x4 ft “Siniat 12.5mm TE dB board” Blue, probably acoustic plasterboard. Came as a topper on our delivery, we have no use for it. It’s clearly been stored in a warehouse with pigeons but doesn’t seem to have been wet.

Free: Beige carpet (PE30) Gifted 510cm x 280cm (narrowest point) sitting room carpet and underlay. A few years old but in good condition. One stain where a previous radiator leaked, at very edge and can be cut off. Easily 500cm length. For collection before Monday.

Free: Beige carpet (PE30) Gifted Beige carpet, it is not from the room in the photo, but exactly the same carpet. Worn but clean and in reasonable condition. 2.9m x 3.8m rectangle. Match underlay from same room if required. Removed and ready for collection.

Free: Non alcoholic Martini (PE30) Expired Non alcoholic Martini 750ml bottle, opened a week ago, it’s not for me. Dilutes with soda / tonic.

Free: Conservatory roof (PE30) Gifted Aluminium roof from conservatory, good condition but in need of a clean. Would make a very good dry store. Consists of: - 333cm wide flashing to connect to the walll and bottom section for guttering. - 4 lengths, 227cm long which hold 3 pieces on polycarbonate roofing - Plastic infill triangles (probably unnecessary) This is the frame only, no polycarbonate. Collection only we’re happy to help load into van/trailer.
