Request: Folding table for car boot (Abraham Heights LA1) We’re hoping to do some car boots in the summer but our pasting table has become a little bent & buckled! Does anyone have a fairly sturdy folding table that they don’t need, please? Thank you!

Free: Swing seats x 2 (Abraham Heights LA1) I had a double swing in the garden - the poles rusted and have been recycled but the seats seem fine - you'll need to replace the rope though. I'm happy to offer these separately so two Freeglers can benefit so I'll see what responses I get before promising them :-)

Free: 2 pieces of vinyl flooring (Abraham Heights LA1) Gifted Two offcuts from a new kitchen floor. One is 209cm long, the other 180cm. Both are 62cm at their narrowest point where the vinyl was cut and not dead straight. The very small piece is 100cm x 34cm. They have felt-type backing. The pattern gives a stone effect. Hope it might be of use to someone and keep it out of the tip.

(Abraham Heights LA1) Withdrawn As pictured - I thought these might come in handy for anyone storing / transporting baked items to cake stalls etc. The plastic thing I think had a cheesecake originally. Just trying to save things from recycling if they can have a useful life :-)

Free: 5L plastic container (Abraham Heights LA1) Gifted Before putting into recycling I thought this might be of use to someone. It only held cider vinegar. 5 litre capacity with screw on lid.

Free: Pair of red curtains (Abraham Heights LA1) Expired Pair of red curtains (picture makes them look too orange!). Small shiny diamond pattern detail in the fabric. Fully lined - lining a bit marked at the bottom. Some fading along the edge and fold as picture shows but rest of material is fine. Each curtain is 94" wide and approx 50" drop from top of pleat. Just been taken down as I've redecorated and changed the room colour.

Free: Hitachi projector (Abraham Heights LA1) Gifted Projector with spare bulb and carry case. Fittings are as shown - power and connector cables are included. Does not have HDMI slot. I used to use it with a laptop which I no longer have and it was working when it got packed away so should be fine.

Free: Rice cooker (Abraham Heights LA1) Gifted Basic rice cooker 7" high, 10" wide across the handles. 1.3 litre capacity. Sorry, it was given to me and it had no instructions but it's easy to use - weigh the rice into the removable bowl, add water, switch on. Takes about 15 mins to do 4oz rice and switches to 'warm' when cooking is complete. Fully working - posting because I got a new one at Christmas :-)

Request: Sequence Dance CDs (Abraham Heights LA1) Expired Hi - bit of a long shot I know, but I'm looking for any sequence dance cds please - the more the merrier :-) We've been running a monthly tea dance in our U3A group and by popular demand are trying out doing two a month, so we need more music choices to keep it interesting. Many thanks in advance!

Free: Small stand on castors (Abraham Heights LA1) Expired This is technically a TV stand - the holes allowed the set to be bolted on and VHS / DVD player went underneath. Base is 44cm wide and 47cm from front to back. It's 5cm high. The overall height to the top of the prongs is 35cm and the prongs are 29cm long. They are metal, the base is plastic.

Free: Seat back shape - posture (Abraham Heights LA1) Expired To be honest, no idea exactly what it is! Found it whilst having a clearout. I assume the back strap slips over a chair back. Top to bottom following the curve it's 43cm and across widest part, 40cm. This is now listed elsewhere so may be withdrawn.

Free: Two bags of Pot Pourri (Abraham Heights LA1) Expired The blue one still has a nice delicate perfume, the red is very decorative and will need perfume adding.

Free: Cupboard Handles (Abraham Heights LA1) Expired 10 Left And here are the ones I've replaced (if you've seen my previous post)! 10 bar shaped silver coloured handles. 23 cm long and screw holes 160mm apart. No idea of the metal - the fitter did them years ago - but they're quite heavy. All have the screws as well. In fairness I'll give people a bit of time to respond and if you can indicate the number you need I may be able to help more than one person.

Free: Car manual - Vauxhall Cavalier (Abraham Heights LA1) Expired Sadly the car is long gone, but for any enthusiast out there this is a 1980's manual. Apart from the bit of sellotape on the front, it's in perfect condition - not even an oily thumb print! And for even more excitement a service centre location guide comes with it!

Free: Fittings (Abraham Heights LA1) Gifted 6 large screws 5cm long, 1cm across the head. 5 rawl plugs and a small brass fitting and plastic key. Left over after new rads fitted - rescued from the bin!

Free: 2 cupboard knobs (Abraham Heights LA1) Gifted 38 mm across and have the screws as well. One is slightly darker than the other as are wood or wood effect - they are MFI originals!

Free: Plastic pockets (Abraham Heights LA1) Gifted I've just had 18 kitchen cupboard handles delivered so now I have 18 lttle plastic pockets (16cm x 8cm) with a liner, and also the polystyrene shapes from the packaging which I don't need, but hope someone might find useful!

Free: Spices holder (Abraham Heights LA1) Gifted I'm just doing up my kitchen and no longer need this lovely little holder. The labels on the lids are actually small plastic stickers so some have come off and one poor little tube (they're hard plastic not glass) got a bit close to the hob (as in picture) but otherwise all is sound. Fingers crossed someone will give it a nice new home :-)

Free: Random home taped VHS films, TV and musicals (Abraham Heights LA1) Expired As in the title! VHS tapes recorded mostly on long play and are largely from the 80's and 90's. We've copied them to DVD so offering them to try and avoid the tip. They are a very eclectic range - eg Knight Rider, Carry on films, The Sting, Jurassic Park and the Mikado! For a trip down memory lane, many still include the advertisements. They are for fun - quality varies but are still watchable.

Free: 3 legged folding camp/fishing stool and keep net (Abraham Heights LA1) Gifted The stool is a little rusty on the legs but I sat on it and didnt't collapse :-) It's 15" high and the triangular sear is approx 12" across. The keep net is 3 feet long but missing its handle, sorry!

Free: Old small zip-around bag (Abraham Heights LA1) Expired Black zip-around bag - never used. Front is fake patchwork stitched leather effect. It's been in the garage so the logo and a bit of fabric on the edge has degraded but zips work. and inside lining is fine. It's 36cm long, 26cm wide and 9cm deep.
