900 x 900mm acrylic shower tray (Bn24le BN2)
This low level mirano brand shower tray is new. It arrived this morning and still in packaging. It's high quality and very solid. The corner is damaged and doesn't work for our set up, but if it's butted up against a wall and silicon is used it won't be a problem. There is no waste supplied with it, but these can be purchased at screwfix for £15-30 It's retailing at £164 from the bathroom shop. It seems a shame to dump it. Collection only please and leave a number for ease of arrangements. I can leave it outside if I know when you're coming. One very strong person can lift it, or easier with two. More photos are possible if you need.

Super king Eve mattress (200 x 180) (BN2)

1 year old super king mattress always used with a topper and 2 sheets. Not immaculate but very good condition. Been flipped regularly and aired. My back has significantly deteriorated: this mattress is medium firm and I need extra firm. It does not have springs. You will need 2 people to move it as it's awkward and heavy. Dimensions are 25cm x 200cm x 180cm. You probably can get it on an estate car roofrack but a panel van/transit would be better. It will be rolled up for ease of transport. Please leave a phone number and a precise time you can collect. I won't respond otherwise as it just is too much faff.

Large offcuts from a recent building project , equal roughly to 3-4 square metres. Plasterboard and 90mm celotex (worth several hundred pounds) will be really helpful for someone needing to insulate a shed/cabin small room. Sitting outside the house, available to collect any time. Will fit into a large estate car. Can not deliver sorry.

Well made 3 seat upholstered sofa (BN2)

Clean black sofa, very sturdy, 3 seater. Habitat Lisbon make. There is a superglue stain on the underside of one cushion, and a very tiny (5mm) rip on the corner of the left arm (see photos). It's also got water damage on the underside. It has been professionally cleaned. There's absolutely nothing wrong with it: I've had it for 5 years and wanted something slightly smaller that could be a decent sofa bed. I have a small house with narrow door frames (70cm) and we got this in and out. Measurements are 195cm long, 63cm high (to the arms) and 90 cm deep. It's a very deep, comfy sofa! It's sitting outside the house- you will need two people and a van to take it. It's heavy.
