Plastic 'storage/tidy/handy' basket (Harrogate HG1)
Medium-sized plastic basket. 37.5cm long x 25cm wide (measured across widest parts) Cracked at one end. Does not affect performance! Photos show how cracked bit can be pressed into place and be barely noticeable. If used in a static position, will stay in place. Otherwise, only a small crack :) Surplus to requirements.

Scrap Book For Upcycling (no.1) (Harrogate HG1)
Scrap Book (old) (no.1) Dimensions: Height: 37cm Width: 25cm I used this as a postcard album when I was growing up. The postcards have been removed, but there are still photo corners on every page (these will come off) and also all the annotations for the postcards which used to be there. The central double page is loose. Could be used for an art project, I think, or maybe something else.

King Size Duvet Cover, 100% Cotton (Harrogate HG1)
King size duvet cover. Good quality, pure (Laura Ashley) cotton. Homemade by me. The fabric is in great condition. Home environment has always been smoke- and pet-free. For opening and closing the cover, I fitted it with a very long zip. This has now broken irreparably. A new zip, a series of poppers or a length of popper tape needs to be fitted. Please see the photos showing how the stitching has come undone beyond each end of the zip because I continued to use the cover after the zip had given up the ghost. Fitting a new zip or replacing the zip with poppers or popper tape is a very straightforward sewing job for anyone used to sewing. I am not bothering to do this simply because I can't use this cover size.

Scrap Books for Re-Use / Upcycling (Harrogate HG1)
Scrap Books on offer. These were used by me for my postcard collection as a child/young girl, hence all the annotations (which can have things stuck on top of them!) and photo corners (which can be peeled off). It would be a waste to put these into paper recycling (without the photo corners, of course), when I know they could be re-made into great scrapbooks of whatever kind. Here and there a double centre page has come loose, but of course could be re-attached/taped in - not rocket science ;) A couple of albums have come away from their cover. Ditto. Taker is welcome to choose whichever album or albums they prefer, including all of them if so desired. More photos available. Will send these to anyone who is interested to see more details of any particular scrap book.

Single feather duvet. Might even be feather and down, but the label is no longer legible and I can't remember. Can't remember the Tog value, either, but it's suitable for autumn-winter-spring, depending on how warm your house is! It is years old but has only been in our family and always in a smoke-free, pet-free house. Offering purely because it is surplus to requirements.

Double duvet set. Fresh design in pale grey with small white flecks. 1 double duvet cover. 2 standard-sized pillow cases. Made by me using 100% cotton from Laura Ashley. Very good condition. After all these years, the fasteners have to be pressed hard to click together or I can't actually fasten them myself any more. The new owner might want to stitch a fresh strip of something similar on, or just add new poppers to the existing strip. I am passing this on only because I have too many double duvet sets, not because of the poppers!

Cassette Music Tapes, Pre-recorded (Harrogate HG1)
A large shoe box full of cassette tapes, almost all pre-recorded/commercially recorded music, plus the odd home recording (also music). Music of various genres - classical, opera, folk, French 'chansons' etc, American folk, traditional (e.g. Austrian, Russian, etc), instrumental, vocal, etc etc. N.B. I have listened to both sides of every single cassette over the last few months. All stretched/worn out cassettes have been binned. If the taker discovers poor quality recordings, then either the cassette has given up its ghost after my recent check, or my standards are lower than than the taker's!! They all sound either very good or good to me. I am still going through more cassettes which are not shown in the photo. These will be added to the collection being offered. Eventually, in not too long from now, hopefully, I will also be offering the cassette player with which I am testing all of these cassettes. Feel free to express an interest in that now.

Small-size tape dispenser for small reels of adhesive tape. Cutting edge no longer cuts the tape. Must be blunt after much use. Still very useful but you just have to use scissors. It's much easier to have the tape in the dispenser than it is to fiddle around trying to find the end of the tape and then cut the tape while holding the reel. I've been using it like this for quite a while now, but it is now surplus to my needs. Reel of tape in photo is included. Any takers?
