Free: Clarke and Clarke curtains (Hurst Golf Course RG41) Gifted 4 curtain sections from Clarke and Clarke material - the main curtain material is very good, the backing not so and is a bit too long. The 2 longer section shown in the hanging photo have approx 100cm drop and 100cm width of pleat. 2 smaller sections are fair bit smaller than those. Could be relined and used or remade.

Free: Ikea mattress (Hurst Golf Course RG41) Gifted Ikea foam mattress. The thick cover unzips into halves and is easy to wash (but can't be tumble dried). Recently washed one part and it is like new. It is the European size 200cm x 90cm x 10cm No marks on the covers and good firm support.

Free: Ikea bed with drawers and matress (Hurst Golf Course RG41) Expired IKEA wooden single bed with 3 draws. This needs some reinforcement on the frame to make it solid. Hopefully this could be fairly easy. The draws do slide in but a bit of repair will help this. Free and taken apart ready for collection. Bed is approx 220cm long and 82cm wide. There is a Ikea foam mattress free as well with a washable cover that you are welcome to take with the bed. It is the European size 200cm x 90cm it is slightly wider than the bed size but we have used it on this bed.

Free: Travel cases (in need of some tlc) (Hurst Golf Course RG41) Gifted The main case unit and zip are solid and work fine The drag handles get stuck so have to be manually raised which is a pain if you are going far with them. Also The carry handle for the Tripp has come off but I think this could be reattached fairly easily. Larger pink one is 56x45x25cm - fits Easyjey large cabin bag size Blue Tripp is 55x40x20cm

Free: Balloon arches (Hurst Golf Course RG41) Gifted Two balloon arches. Used for party last night. They should be good for another party today or next few days

Free: Sofa 3 seater (Hurst Golf Course RG41) Gifted 3 seater sofa. Good condition, just some minor marks. It does have a fire label. Firm seating and seat cover removeable/washable. The legs are solid but one of them is difficult to take off. I am keen to get rid of this asap for the space. It is quite large to transport. Thanks Mark
