No good for games, Any good to anyone who knows about computers and doesn't need the latest gear

Paddy Hopkirk system 90. I believe from Halfords and similar to those sold by Halfords now. Possibly 20 years old but only used on a few occasions and then stored. The only thing I think is missing is one black rubber suction cup, which I reckon could be replaced/adapted. See photos. Otherwise in very good condition
