We had this printer a couple of years but then is came up with a fault. We tried repeated cleaning but could not clear the problem. A search suggested a problem with the head so we purchased a replacement (not Canon) but this didn’t resolve the problem. We got this printer because it could handle card. Have now got a new printer. There are all new Stinky ink cartridges. Very frustrating because otherwise it’s good. Prints one or two pages before reporting the error and refusing to continue.
