Free: Armchair (Chalkhouse Green RG4) Gifted Winged armchair, solid wood frame. Wooden arms have a couple of small marks which would polish out. Please see photos. Size is 62cm wide at the arms; 72cm wide at the wings; 93cm high at the back; seat height is 43cm off the ground. It would have had a fire certificate originally, but my mother-in-law removed it in the interest of tidiness. It’s always had a throw over it so the upholstery is clean. Free: Brief case (Chalkhouse Green RG4) Gifted Briefcase, dark brown Corolla brand with number code locks. Underside of lid has 3 expandable document holders, one zip compartment and 3 pen-holders. The base is extendable. Size is 46cm long x 32cm wide x 11cm high, expanding to 14cm high. Please see photos. It’s good quality and in fairly good condition, though it has been used so there are small marks on the corners from the time it’s spent in aircraft luggage lockers.
