Kovo punch bag (Throckley NE15) A Kovo freestanding punch bag in good condition, perfect for home workouts. It's yellow with a black base, showing some minor signs of use but fully functional. Great for boxing practice or just getting some exercise in. Base can be filled with sand or water for stability. Free. Would like this gone ASAP. Located in Throckley. Pick up only.
