Working Sony Micro HiFi system (Redhill RH1)
This has been sitting unused on a shelf for at least 15 years. I have just plugged it in and tested the CD and cassette players. They both work. Can't vouch for the radio as I didn't have the aerial attached but there was static, at least! The remote seems to work having given it a quick test, but I didn't try all the functions. (batteries not included)
