Free: Ergonomic office chair (West Brighton) Gifted Adjustable, padded ergonomic office chair on wheels. Good condition (we have accumulated several from moving to work from home and don't need all of them!) Free: Kid’s bike approx age 6-11 (West Brighton) Gifted Avico Freestyle FS20 React. 20" wheels rec'd for heights 4'0-4'5" Good condition, tyres need some air but are not punctured, brakes and chain all fully functioning. Handlebar grips intact. Some mud on wheels/frame. Adjustable seat, 'stunt' stand bars on both wheels, kick stand, wheel and rear reflectors, neon green and white w/ skull motif saddle. Hoping someone might enjoy this as much as our son did! Flexible pickup times/can leave out on porch on day if easier.

Free: Board game with a twist (West Brighton) Gifted Anti-monopoly! Choose whether to be a monopolist or a free market competitor. Each role plays the game by a different set of rules - one trying to wipe out all competition, the other trying to maximize profit without fixing prices (monopolists might go to jail for price fixing but can charge higher rents; competitors can influence supply and demand and build anywhere without needing to own a block of properties). A fun twist on the usual Monopoly game - especially for those family members who hate the kill or be killed nature of monopoly 😁 Age 8 and up, 2-6 players. Free: Large wooden pallet (West Brighton) Gifted 81" (6ft 9) x 39" (3ft 3), approx 7" high We just received a shipment of goods from the UK on this large and very sturdy pallet - used only one time, no damage. Would love someone to be able to make use of it rather than us breaking it up as it's brand new. **It is HEAVY - would need to be willing to pickup and transport from front yard curb. Pick up any time.

Free: Chest of drawers (West Brighton) Gifted 4-drawer, light color, chest of drawers. Slides smoothly for all drawers. Very good condition - just one slight scrape on the front (see photo) 30” wide x 40” tall x 15” deep Not heavy with drawers removed but may need two people due to size of the frame. Hope someone can use this - we just don’t have need for it anymore after becoming empty nesters!

Free: Graduation decor (West Brighton) Gifted Plan ahead for next year! Do you have a grad you’ll want to celebrate? 2 printed tablecloths (unused), two 9ft garlands with graduation caps, various hanging decorations, bubbles, table toppers (see photos). All in excellent condition. Would love these to go to good use to avoid waste. 🙂🧑‍🎓
