AL-KO H1100S Garden Shredder (Woodhall Park SN2)

This is a fairly old, but solid garden shredder, in working order. It is definitely not the quietest of machines and is quite heavy, but works well (I used it last week). It can shred branches up to about 4cm in diameter, plus there's a top slot for soft cuttings. Collection only please.

It's a NOBO, A.1. size flipchart, with 25 unused pages. All sheets are 'clean and tidy' although there is a small tear on the bottom of the back sheet (see photo). There are no labels or stickers to show what they originally contained, so could make nice gift boxes (maybe for something like a scarf or lingerie etc.), or even a pretty storage box. This printer/scanner hasn't been used for a couple of years, so I think the inks may have dried up, or, the nozzles need cleaning, as the paper goes through ok when copying etc., but it isn't actually printing. Both the printer to socket and the printer to computer cables are present, but I haven't been able to find the instruction book yet; I will keep looking. Can anyone make use of this decidedly old wheelbarrow before it goes to the scrap-metal man? I always intended to paint it and fill it with plants to make into a garden feature, but never got around to it. The rubber hand-grips have gone and the front wheel needs a new spindle, or similar, as the original has rotted through; also the tyre is very dry and cracked. Other than then obvious faults, the actual 'carrying' part of the wheelbarrow is surprisingly sound. Collection only please.

Any history enthusiasts out there interested in these two volumes of David Lloyd George's WAR MEMOIRS? The spine of Vol 11 is not great (although completely dry now, I think it may have got wet at some time), but the books are otherwise sound and in a good, readable condition. Written in 1938, so probably first editions, published by Odhams Press Ltd. Hardback, in English, with a few photos and maps, and from a smoke and pet-free home. Collection only please.

I need just 46cm (18") of railway sleeper, or something similar, to re-fix my cast-iron 'village pump' to. The current piece of wood is 46cm x 23cm x 10.25cm (18" x 9" x 4"), but as long as it's a really solid piece of wood, I can get a larger piece cut down to the required size. Many thanks.
