Model is TH-42PZ81B. We have the TV itself, the remote, the operating instruction but not the entirely of the stand or the power cable. We had it on a wall mount which had it's own power supply and we can't find the metal 'legs' that would go into the base of the TV in the sockets shown in the last picture or the original power cable. However the power cable is a standard kettle plug type (see next to last pic) so should be easy to source. It's very heavy!!!
