Free: Double mattress (Lancing BN15) Has all labels. Old but still in good nick, medium firm. Has been kept in garage but protected. Can help with loading it into a van. I also have a second one but more as a "project" rather than one to sleep on, but you're absolutely free to take both if you can make use of it.

Free: Bamboo rhysomes (Lancing BN15) Expired 7 bits of bamboo rhizome (what the bamboo plant uses to propagate) with shoots. I have kept them in water and already some shhots are growing. Worth a try if you want to grow some bamboo, I successfuly grown a plant 2 years ago using one of these (It takes quite a long time though) First come, first serve for these as I probably won't be able to keep them off-soil for ever. In Lancing (near Beach green) can be left outside for easy collection. Thanks!
