One half of the rug is in good condition but the other half has flattened wool in a couple of places (see pic) and we also had to trim a little off the rug when a wine stain wouldn’t come out. Kids wooden 2 storey playhouse (Weybridge KT13)

We’re having our garden redesigned and this playhouse will be disassembled next week Wednesday so thought maybe someone would like to have it as it’s still in very solid condition and just needs a bit of cosmetic TLC. It’s this one from TGB: so is a good quality one. Has been built on a concrete base so no rot that I can see. A perspex window is damaged from my son’s cricket ball and one piece of roof felt came off in January’s storm so those will need to be replaced (see photos). We had a light and switch installed inside so that will also come with it and its cables and sponge tiles on the floor which should clean up ok if those are wanted as well (we’ve been storing our lawnmower in there lately). Anyone interested is welcome to come to view it first (evenings or this weekend). Also welcome to disassemble self if preferred. It doesn’t affect its sturdiness but it has been damaged on the left hand side (see photo), son had that side against a wall so it didn’t notice and stickers on the front can be removed with Sticky Stuff. The top measures 63cm wide x 29cms deep and the actual case is 57.5cms wide x 27cms deep x 115 cms high. It’s quite light so is easy to transport. The wood is a tiny bit warped so we taped some card on the back so the Velcro wall strips would stick to the wall more easily. We’ve just donated our spare room bed to charity but they were unable to take the mattress topper as it doesn’t have a fire label on it because it was bought in the Netherlands. The brand is Swiss Sense Aeromax and it’s longer than average, 7’ or 210 cms long x 180 cms wide. It’s a great quality topper with internal springs and in excellent condition but no use to us anymore. Please reply with a mobile number and when you can collect if you’re interested in having it. It can be rolled in half but is a heavy big item and will need 2 people to carry. My husband or I can help with putting it in your transport if needed.

Sturdy desk no longer required. Has a bit of oil paint on the top in places (see pic). Haven’t tried removing so maybe it’ll come off. The drawers are the push and open type but a couple of them you have to pull firmly to open. Am sure they could be adjusted to work properly by some who knows what they’re doing. Measurements are; 120cm (W) x 61.3cm (D) x 76cm (H) We’ve now removed the legs so it’s easier to transport. If you’d like the desk please reply with a mobile number.
