Free: 2 York 5lb weights (Golden Triangle) Gifted These are the last things I rescued from Tiffany Apartments garbage. They are clean. These 5lb weights would be good for anyone wanting to keep their arms strong. (It's so hard to maintain muscle as we age - I'm deflating like a balloon these days!!) I use 10lb weights, eat lots of eggs! Porch pick up in the Golden Triangle. Happy keeping strong and well everyone!

Free: Walker in good condition (Golden Triangle) Gifted I took this walker from Tiffany apartment's garbage pile. It is in good condition. The only thing that needs a bit of work is the handle that you see in the 4th pic. It probably just needs some hockey tape over it to keep it in place. As with the walking stick picture - I"d like this to get used.. (I know how stubborn my Mom was! Sigh!!)
