3 meter cantilever parasol (Lower Caversham RG4)

This is a large wind out cantilever parasol, approximately 3 meters wide. Comes with base and weights. Still fully functional and has been in use this year. Condition : woodwork is in good condition but metal angles could do with painting. Winding mechanism works well. The bearing on the base isn't the best but still works as is. The parasol does have some fading on the outside and could do with a clean. Collection only please, will require at least 2 meters in vehicle for longest pole. To go this weekend.

Three burner Broil King BBQ with fold out food prep tables. In a used condition but still life left in it. The ignition clicks but unable to test as the gas regulator has been removed. Was working when packed up last summer. Condition: plastic faded and paint chipped. There is rust on the grill. Will require a gas regulator and bottle(not provided). Please see pictures. This is collection only please, measurements are 90 x 70 x 125 and will require two people to lift. Needs to go this weekend.
