Large comfortable sofa. Seats 3. Fabric has some fading from sun but is otherwise fine. No rips/tears. Smoke-free home. Fire safety label. Might be able to deliver locally but won’t know for certain if it’ll fit into my MPV until I try.

Elliptical cross-trainer (Penzance TR20)

NordicTrack cross trainer. This is faulty but very much usable. It works fine on resistance settings 1-5 but the fly wheel slips on levels 6-10. It folds for storage and measures about 166x82cm when open. This is very heavy and will need a van to transport (possibly a people carrier, with seats down) Pick up ASAP
