The padded seat has seen better days but chair could be used without it (or maybe can get replacement?). And one side of the tray is slightly broken - but doesn't affect use. We have used for several years like this without any issues. Tall and bulky - can give measurements if needed. Does collapse down as shown in 3rd photo.
