I have two identical mats, each measuring 4' x 6'. Perfect for using inside family tents. The are lightweight and made of woven plastic, soft on the feet. The one shown first is cleaner than the other, the other having a small tear and a few marks (see photo), just needs a good clean. These are to be taken together.

One really comfortable sitting room chair in good condition. Grey/light brown velour. It is a Laura Ashley chair and has been recovered with fire retardant material. The dimensions are length 82cm (2 feet 8 inches), width 92 cm (3 feet) and depth 86cm (2 feet 10 inches). The chair has a slight mark on the back, see photo. Smoke and pet free home. Happy to deliver to residents within 10 miles of Cheadle Hulme if needed.
