I've replaced all my downlighters (lights which fit into the ceiling). They are in good condition and have a swivel & tilt mechanism, but I have re-used all the bulbs - LED GU10, max 5 watts each. You will also need to supply your own cable. I have about 2 dozen in all, so if you are interested tell me how many you want.
