Near full roll (40 metres) of standard width DraughtEx floorboard gap filler and 2 x applicators. This is for gaps in floorboards of between 2-7mm. Very easy to apply. This is partially used as the room needed a bit more than a single roll.

Nearly full large pot of ready mixed tile adjesive, nearly full graphite grout and a nearly full box of white metro tiles. A couple of bags of t spacers in 2mm and 3mm width. Prefer for all to go together.
