Phillips steam iron, quite a few miles on the clock but still works. It has old burn mark on base but this doesn’t affect the clothes when ironing at all Beldray ironing board , again well used & could do with new cover but basically fine. Has variable height positions and folds down flat for vertical storage.

Solid wood bookcase with 5 shelves. 4 shelves are removable but positions are fixed. Well used, it dates from at least 1st part of 20thC and has plenty of life left in it. Height 162cm. Width 104cm at the base (widest point). Depth 31.5cm Please note it will need to be collected from 1st floor room so 2 strong people will be necessary.

Siemens Fridge Freezer (Portslade by Sea BN3)

White, freestanding Siemens fridge freezer. Fridge above with 4 shelves plus bottle holder. 3 drawer freezer below. Bought June 2012, it is fully working and in good condition. Rated A+++ for energy efficiency. There is a small crack in the front panel of the crisper drawer ( shown in photo) but this does not affect its function. It’s on the ground floor but you’ll need 2 strong people to collect.
