Christmas CRIB lighting system (Hove Park area BN3)
Used in a home-made crib. Crib now dismantled; so only comes with straw and no animals. This home-made lighting system comprises 1 12V mains transformer with 13A plug (was a spotlight), 4 12V screw lamp bases with 2 lamps (2 missing), and connecting "bell wiring".

The Devolo dLAN 200 AV Wireless is a network adaptor that enables users to easily extend their home network without the need for additional wiring. Through its powerline technology, this device utilizes existing (13A) electrical wiring in a user's home to create a reliable and secure network connection. Quite old but I've just tested this and it works, but you need 2 Ethernet cables RJ45 to go between these adaptors and your devices, such as router at one end and a PC/laptop at the other end (which needs an RJ45 socket or you can get an adaptor for USB). Best to plug them in to a 13A mains socket on the wall, not an extension lead. Very large separations between the devices, say over 50m, and they might not work. Both need to be on same household supply . Download software: which measures speed but not used for operation.

Note: quite heavy, the keyboard alone weighs about 26 kg. The screws for assembling the stand are missing, but the unit can be used on a tabletop. 13A plug. No instructions but I'm sure these can be downloaded. Has various play options like piano, organ, etc.

Quite old twin-impeller shower pump where one side has stopped working, suspect impeller has stopped rotating. So I've just replaced this with a new one. However, the other side still works fine if you want a single-impeller pump this should be fine. 230V 1.5A IPX2. Takes 1/2 inch flexible couplings which I can supply if needed.

1939 vintage or earlier. Made in Manchester by Kendal Milne & Co. Leather handle and reinforced edges and corners. Weighs 3 kg. Dimensions 55 x 38 x 19 cm. COLLECTORS ITEM. This I believe was used by a relative when she left England at the start of WW2 in Oct 1939 for Australia. She returned to England across the Atlantic in 1942, and the suitcase has been in the family ever since. The suitcase is still usable but well worn, the fittings a bit rusty, and the key has been lost. If you ask for this, please check your SPAM emails for my reply, as that is where they often go!

Just replaced with an almost identical new one. My son (user) reports that it leaked mainly from the main thermostatic valve assembly. It looks like the rubber seals were leaking which can easily be replaced. I suggest the whole unit is dismantled and descaled by soaking in vinegar, then any perished rubber seals replaced, and then the unit should be as good as new. The thermostatic part works well, so the leaks and scale were the only reason for replacing it. You will obviously need a few tools like adjustable spanners and hexagon (Allen) keys. I can email you the assembly instructions from the new (almost identical) unit (from which the last image came (schematic).

Boxed. Found when emptying a tenanted flat. Searched for instructions "How to use the Nespresso Inissia for the first time or after a long period of non use". Followed internet instructions, but coffee maker does not produce hot water into a cup, so suspect either internal pump or heater may have failed. Note it takes special capsules of coffee, not included (except 1 found in bin). Seems a pity to bin it if someone is willing to fix it.
