Free: Flying insect killer (Kenilworth CV8) Domestic version of the type of fly killer seen in eg butchers’ shops, attracting insects to a charged grid with UV light. Unused for many years, so rechargeable feature probably no longer effective, but can be used as a mains device within a metre of a power point. Boxed with instructions.

Free: Moulinex Refreshair fan (Kenilworth CV8) Old air freshener circulating air with a 24w mains-powered fan. Used to contain an activated charcoal filter, but these are no longer available off the shelf. Filter housing included and could be refilled with hand-cut filter material, or simply used for air circulation. = shows 2-speed version, but this is single speed.

Free: Fisons lawn fertiliser spreader (Kenilworth CV8) Rate of spread is not adjustable, but seems right for eg Miracle Gro 4 in 1 Weed and Feed from past experience. Foot bar brackets for shutoff are cracked, but if they should break, shutoff can still be operated manually.

Free: Collection of non-LED torches (Kenilworth CV8) Gifted Collection of working torches with conventional incandescent bulbs and partially-used batteries, all in working order.

Free: External Christmas Lights (Kenilworth CV8) Gifted Set of Four LED Sparkle Balls to hang from eg a tree. Each ball is 45 cm in diameter and consists of 45 static white LEDs and 5 twinkling white LEDs. Run from indoor plug/transformer via a 10 metre cable to first ball. Used for last 3? years and fully functional when last taken down.

Free: Canon MG7150 Printer (Kenilworth CV8) Gifted Quality inkjet printer about 10 years old. Aimed at the photographic market with six colours instead of the usual four. Electromechanically still in full working order, but finally stopped printing yellow, with an error message indicating that the print head had expired, costing around £80, so I decided to replace it. Can still be persuaded to print eg black & white documents with a bit of jiggery-pokey, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Was part way through a full set of original Canon 550/551 XL cartridges (see photo), so probably around £40-50 worth of fresh ink still left (each cartridge costs in the region of £15). Boxed in original box.

Free: Set of cycle panniers (Kenilworth CV8) Gifted Brand Freeman. A little grubby with road dirt externally, but otherwise fully functional. Main compartment secured with drawstring, plus side zipped pockets.
