Omega 3 capsules. One is open as I used a few but the other is sealed. I just realised that I can get all my omega 3 and a lot more from two tins of drained sardines, two a week. I live in Stroud not Malvern.

We got this from TN and used what we needed. I have never done carpet laying before and now I have a new respect for carpet fitters.
