Small double metal bed frame (Horsham RH13)

Lightweight, hollow metal frame. This is not the most sturdy of designs but it has had a heavy mattress on it and might do better with a lighter mattress. Wouldn't recommend two people sleeping in it. Has been dismantled but comes with full instructions for re-assembly. One of the bedknobs at the bottom has been bashed - as per photo. The final two slats are missing.

Roca Dama-N wall-hung basin with half pedestal. 500 x 320. Shallow bowl. Was in guest bathroom with very light use. Ped was siliconed to wall and basin, so no fitting kit with it.

Good quality chair, in good condition. It can be adjusted up and down but the mechanism that tilts the back of the chair doesn't work so it is set very upright. It may be that it wasn't put together correctly. It is comfortable if you like to sit completely upright!

RSPCA-approved size: 190cm x 70cm x 98cm to apex of roof. Water tight and good condition. Minor damage on some areas around the base where the previous occupants had a nibble - see pics. Could benefit from repair but sound as is. Collection only.
