Antique table with additional leaf, and oak linen box (Caterham CR3) Antique expandable table (mahogony or walnut?) . Ball and claw feet with brass castors. Seats 4, 6 with additional leaf. Table top (and the extra leaf) is in great condition, the lower legs are somewhat sun faded. Also the winding mechanism needs some attention for proper function, although can be operated without... Also an oak linen box, good condition, just needs the bottom refixing. Two nice items that would suit an older style house, or which, with some restoration skills could be turned to profit?

Grand Design magazines. (Caterham CR3) Expired These are the magazines relating to the C4 property show. I have several years worth to go, not just the few in the photo. All in great condition. Good reading material if you are planning a project, or even if you are just dreaming!

stainless steel sink with fittings. 3'1 x 1'8 (Caterham CR3) Expired This sink is well used, but still serviceable. We were going to refit it in our utility area, but decided to buy a smaller one, so it would be very suitable for somewhere similar. Alternatively, with some cosmetic TLC it could probably be reused in a kitchen. Comes with all fittings (except taps), including a new bag of clips to fit it...

Black and Decker workmate, scruffy but servicable. (Caterham CR3) Gifted Old Black and Decker workmate, bit rusty, still completely functional and usable. Only actual fault is that a plastic clip that holds one of the 4 legs shut, when folded, is broken.

4 ex conservatory single glass panes approx 6ft by 2ft4, (Caterham CR3) Expired 4 panes of glass, ex conservatory, single glass panes, 4?mm approx 6ft by 2ft4, (plus a few smaller odd pieces) maybe suitable for shed, cold frames or what have you?

Complete Wii system with Wii fit plus (Caterham CR3) Gifted Complete Wii system with Wii fit plus, obtained and tested just before covid, then stored. It is in unmarked condition, and I have just plugged in the main unit and it appears to be working, lights come on, accepts and ejects discs correctly.

small engineering trolley 21 x 14 x 20 inches (LWH) (Caterham CR3) Gifted this trolley is very sturdy (welded angle iron) and quite heavy. Ex toolroom I think. Might be useful in garage/workshop - for sitting on or could even balance an engine on it I should think, or maybe useful for storing exercise weights?

green resin garden table (Caterham CR3) Gifted Sturdy resin (not plastic), 39 inch garden table some damage to the edge, (could be repaired, but looks fine anyway with a cloth). legs can come off for transport.
