Free: Ladies’ shoes (Haywards Heath RH16) Pair of ladies’ black patent shoes. Size 6&a half. Don’t know if they’re leather or not, but they’re in good condition, & have hardly been worn. There’s no indication of what make they are, but on the unblemished, gold (coloured) insole are printed the words ‘LIMITED collection’, so they may be very posh….who knows! Free: Italian phrase book (Haywards Heath RH16) Planning a holiday in Italy & can’t speak Italian? This is just what you need! This little book has lots of useful Italian words & phrases, with details of how to pronounce the words. Looks very user-friendly to me. Request: Circular knitting needles. (hh) (Haywards Heath RH16) I suspect this is a forlorn hope, but does anyone have any circular knitting needles they no longer use, and wouldn’t mind letting me have, please? I am after any that are UK sizes 8, 9 and 10 (or any sized 3mm, 3.25mm, 3.5mm, 3.75mm, 4mm) with the connecting cable of no more than 45cm. I’m sorry to be so specific, but I was hoping to knit hats without the seam you end up with when using the usual ‘two needle’ method. Thank you for reading this anyway. And an even bigger THANK YOU if you have any needles I could have. Or even borrow?🌻

Free: 3 packs of toothpicks (Haywards Heath RH16) Gifted Three sealed packs of plastic toothpicks (new, unopened, unused, obviously) with 100 in each pack. I ordered lots as they were cheaper per unit, even though there’s far more than I’d ever use! What a twit I am! Never mind, maybe 1, 2 or 3 people may benefit from it. Free: Sheets of wool wadding (Haywards Heath RH16) Gifted 4 sheets of wool wadding, each one is approximately 10inches wide by 45inches long. The wadding is re-usable, recyclable and compostable. It can be used as insulation for sheds, bedding, spread around plants to protect them in the cold or from slugs etc…ooo…the possibilities must be endless! Free: Electric carving knife (Haywards Heath RH16) Promised This knife hasn’t been used very much & has been in the cupboard unused for ages. It’s clean & works fine. If anyone wants it please make sure an adult comes to collect it. (Not that I’ve ever had any person other than an adult come to collect anything, but best to be on the safe side.😁) Thank you.

Free: Bubble tubes (Haywards Heath RH16) Withdrawn These tubes (each is 11cm/4inches tall) are empty, but I can’t bring myself to throw them away, as they could be filled & re-used. Big bottles of bubble liquid are available from supermarkets for that very purpose. Is there anyone out there who would like to use them, maybe for party or wedding favours? Or just to give away to any children (or even adults!) as an ‘unbirthday gift’ or something? Or maybe use them in some artistic project? Probably best if they all go together. Free: Two armchairs (Haywards Heath RH16) Withdrawn Two sturdy armchairs, with the covers a bit worn and faded in places, as you can see from the pictures. The current owners need the space and are giving them away…but very reluctantly, as the chairs are very comfy, have no ‘sag’, and there’s lots of life left in them. Approximate overall size of each chair: height: 85cm; width: 91cm; depth: 97cm. Collection from Lindfield, near the Common. Please leave me a phone number so we can arrange collection.

Free: Bridesmaid/Flower Girl accessories (hh) (Haywards Heath RH16) Withdrawn Two ‘Flower balls’ & two flowers/ribbons to clip in the bridesmaids’ hair. Sorry I don’t know the correct names for these items. I sure there’s something much posher than I came up with! Whatever, they’ve only been used once, and are clean, but have got a bit squashed while in storage, so could do with a freshen up. This shouldn’t be a problem with a bit of patient fiddling & maybe a slight damp spray. Any takers? They’re very pretty & would probably cost a bit new, so I’ll wait awhile to give more people a chance to reply; then I’ll choose according to the replies I get (if any). 😁

There are 7 shuttlecocks left in the packet, so lots of play left for those balmy, sunny Summer days in the park or garden that we are so looking forward to!
