Ikea loft bed (Tile Hill CV4) It's a bed over a desk/wardrobe. Pretty good condition, slight wear here and there, but not seriously noticeable, but not brand new condition. It's been partly disassembled to take downstairs, as in second photo. It would need a van to transport. Includes reassembly instructions
