Road sign stanchion (Kennington OX1)
A bit random but you never know... We're looking for a road sign stanchion (or three) - at least I think that's what they are called - the free-standing foldable supports for rectangular signs such as the one in the picture (but without the actual sign, obviously). For use by the local Toad Patrol. Can collect from anywhere in the vicinity of Oxford, Abingdon, Kidlington etc. Many thanks!

Very old pair of court shoes (Kennington OX1)
Expired
Very old pair of court shoes, belonged to my mother who wore them just a couple of times in the 1960s. I have no idea whether it's possible to restore them in some way? Dye them? Or maybe just for dressing up? They are good quality but the cream silky fabric has developed 'age spots'. On the sole it says 6 1/2 but they won't go near my feet so I'm guessing they're nearer a size 4. Collect from Kennington, please say when you could come.
