I have 3 Bissell Carpet Cleaners. Shampoo your carpets to keep them looking like new. Quick wash needs attention as pump or pump belt need replacing Pro Heat - possibly pump not working Lift off model - this was working well. It no longer functions as an upright machine but is a great machine for stairs or stains. Collect Balerno
