Pre NYE giveaway!!!! We have around 200 crates of food to give away today 30th December for the last time we will be open this year. We have veg (potatoes, carrots, brussels, broc, beans, caulis, kale, mushrooms and probably more), fruit (easy peelers, lemons, bananas, apples), prepared and frozen red cabbage, mash potato, root mash, yorkshire puddings, ready meals, turkey gravy, gluten free bread sauce, cakes, pastries, all manner of mince pies, bread, rolls, wraps, flowers, potted herbs, packaged herbs, freezer food to hand out. We will be serving out of our new unit the same as Christmas eve. Please head down the road to behind B&M in the town centre, the road (Paradine Court) leading to the back of Iceland on pigeon square for 12.30pm (and we will close around 2.30) and wait OUTSIDE the silver gates and to the side before the B&M back doors to enable our collectors to come and go easily in their cars and to allow B&M to function as they need to. We need to shift as much as possible so please tell all your friends as we would love to save all this surplus food. We are also happy to hear from any other organisations who would like to collect any vegetables even if they are in other towns. Also love to hear from animal sanctuaries/ rescues particularly interested in brussels and carrots! Don't forget your bags and come and join us today for loads of free goodies. As pictured. This has had a mattress protector and mattress topper on its whole life. The stains are from drinks spillage from the baby ! Happy to take to the tip but if someone thinks they can make use of it please get in touch.
