Free: Flooring (Monewden IP13) Howdens engineered oak flooring. 2.2m length, 18cm width - 5pieces. Also a piece 1.1m length.

Free: Oak trim (Monewden IP13) Solid oak trim/lipping strips, 56mm x 6mm x 2.2m long, chamfered edge. Surplus from oak door installation, never used. Ideal for shelf edging, panel lipping, or small trim projects. There are 12 pieces. To give everyone a chance, I will be waiting a week from posting to get in touch.

Free: Floor tiles (Monewden IP13) unused - 3 boxes of tiles, 33cm x 33cm. 13 tiles in each box giving a coverage area of about 4 sq metres. A photo shows an example laid. The one on the floor in front of the box is not included.

Free: Microsoft Surface Dock (Monewden IP13) Gifted Has power supply and there are two additional USB ports on the other side. No reason to believe it is not working, however as I don't have a Surface laptop any more I am unable to test.

Free: Clothes hanger (Monewden IP13) Gifted Adjustable height. Approx 74cm of hanging space. Disassembles for transport. 2 available.
