These are four (4), 40-Watt 4 ft. Linear ACE T12 DLX-ECO Fluorescent Tube Light Bulbs in Cool White. These were pulled from a working fixture with less than 100 hours use time. Please don't ask if these are available (it just wastes time going back and forth). They ARE available if you are seeing this ad, so just let me know when you'd like to pick them up. Pick up is at Family Dollar 3903 Hwy 92 (New Tampa Hwy) across from Silver Moon Theater, or somewhere near there.

I'm finally cleared for more serious workouts since a hernia operation a year ago. I got a bench (in my living room - that's how serious I am), but don't have enough weights. I have a curl bar, but need a straight bar that will fit my rack. Any pads, resistance of any kind and weights would be appreciated and don't mind giving a donation for them. I'm just an old dude trying to fight off aging on a SS income. If I say I'll be there, you can bet I will. I have never been a no-show and ain't staring now.
