We call it a boat light but I think its just designed to be emergency lighting eg if the power cuts off, it turns on. It has been in storage for some years but as far as i know was working before that, but now isn’t. If someone wants to look at it and maybe change bulbs or something they can probably work out whats wrong with it. Collect from near waitrose St Albans.

This was in our cupboard when we moved in, left by the previous tenants/owners, boxed but it has been taken apart, obviously because it is not working and someone has tried to fix it.
