Good for locking hazardous items away, we've had it in our shed for about 30 years and it's served us well, it's great for shed storage but if it was to be used indoors as a mini wardrobe which was it's original purpose (it still has its hanging rail) it would need a lot of TLC. It has castors, it's heavy and would need 2 people when collecting. Please note, the patio seat cushions inside the cupboard are not included. Thanks

Heater, only one of the 3 bars is working, still throws some heat out though, it has a safety feature that if it's knocked over or is picked up it switches off, it also oscillates.

122 white square tiles (2 boxes of 44, and 34 loose) will need a clean as the boxes have deteriorated, 2 tiles with a tiny chip off the very corner. Small solid wood table/stool, bit rickety so needs attention (already had varnish sanded off previously). Old wooden chair the back slats need gluing but it's a strong good chair otherwise, I just haven't got the time to give It the attention it needs. Wood scraps. Plastic angled beading. Window has gone and the plant pots and empty fence paint tubs also gone.
