Free: Knitting Needles - Lots (Ware SG12) Retrieved from my mother’s house. I know nothing about knitting but these seem to be of two types - metric measured in mm and ‘imperial’ where a number denotes the size. An expert would no doubt know how the two systems equated but I’m not that person. Some are plastic, mostly the larger ones and some are metal. All are in matching pairs. There are also a few needles pointed at both ends.

Free: Three Storage Containers (Ware SG12) Each one measures 29cm x 19 x 13 so not enormous. When empty they can be kept one inside the other as shown in the second photo.

Free: Pirate Treasure Storage Chests (Ware SG12) Gifted Retrieved from my parents’ greenhouse. Structurally sound but the green one has suffered from what I’m guessing is the effects of the sun. The blue one is much better. Prefer it if both went at the same time.

Free: Lots of lightbulbs (Ware SG12) Gifted Retrieved from my parents’ house. Approximately: 16 x 100 watt bayonet pearl 20 x 60 watt bayonet pearl Candle and round. Bayonet and screw fitting. (See photo). Probably obvious but none are LED. Prefer them to go as one lot but that’s probably unrealistic so if you want only a few please don’t hesitate to give me a shout.

Free: Tobacco Tins. Approximately 36. (Ware SG12) Gifted Retrieved from my father’s garage. He used them for storing nails and screws. None are in mint condition and some are distinctly shabby but before I consign them to the recycling skip I thought I’d see if someone could make use of them.

Free: Plastic Sheeting - Two Lots (Ware SG12) Gifted Retrieved while clearing my father’s garage. Quite thick polythene. First lot is a bag measuring 223cm x 100 cm but could be twice that if opened out. Second lot is sheeting measuring 400 cm x 324cm. Photo shows it folded in half. Prefer both lots to go together but will consider splitting.

Free: Anti Freeze and Coolant 5 litres (Ware SG12) Gifted Bought this for a car project that never happened. And I don’t have the car anymore. Ready to use with silicate free Organic Additive Technology (OAT).

Free: Bungee straps (Ware SG12) Gifted Four interlocking straps for lashing down items to multiple points. Can be easily separated into individual straps with a knife or scissors.

Free: Two Foam Covered Dumbbells (Ware SG12) Expired Each weighs about 500 grams. Retrieved from my mother’s house. I’m guessing little used.

Free: Brabantia Ironing Board (Ware SG12) Expired Cover is a little stained but perfectly usable. Legs are clean and shiny. Has pull out rest for the iron.

Free: Two Curver Storage Boxes (Ware SG12) Gifted 35cm x 27cm x 22cm. Stackable. I’d previously moved on three of these to another Freegler but I’ve found these additional two lurking in my Father’s garage.

Free: Drawer Unit (Ware SG12) Gifted 4 drawers. 83cm tall x 42cm wide x 37cm deep. Retrieved from my parents’ house. Probably better quality than a well known Scandinavian brand. Can help load it into a car or may deliver if you’re local.

Free: Four M&S Tribeca Plates (Ware SG12) Gifted Retrieved from my mother’s house. Approximately 21cm in diameter. No obvious signs of use. Ivory coloured surface. Underside is grey. Dishwasher safe and microwaveable.

Free: Bed Safety Rail (Ware SG12) Expired Not sure what the title of this post should be. It’s a device that helps prevent someone falling out of bed. The open frame part sits under the mattress and the part with the bars projects above the level of the mattress. This part can be folded down as required. The whole thing is secured in place with the strap. The label says it should never be used for children. It was bought for my elderly mother after she injured herself falling out of bed.

Free: Drinking glasses (Ware SG12) Expired All sorts of different types. See photo. Prefer them to go as one lot but please get in touch even if you want only a few. Any that don’t find a new home will be off to the hardcore skip. Happy if you want to have a look; don’t feel any obligation to take any.

Free: Anglecare Nappy Bin (Ware SG12) Gifted Hygienic, odour free way of disposing nappies. Stands 68.5cm high. It’s been use but I would describe it as being in ‘as new’ condition. According to John Lewis: It's so easy to use - just open the lid, push the nappy through the clamp and the nappies fall conveniently into the antibacterial and multi-layered film bag. To empty the bag, simply remove it like a normal bin liner. In addition, the film used in the refill cassettes is economical and hygienic and has been proven to keep bad odours and germs inside the nappy bin. The bin holds up to 57 (size 1) nappies. As the nappies are not twisted individually, this product uses up to four times less plastic than other products on the market. The childproof cutting mechanism is safely located inside the nappy bin. Although the photo shows a refill pack it is the wrong type. This bin requires an octagonal pack but the one I have is circular. Refill packs are available from John Lewis and Amazon. And other retailers too I imagine.

Free: Joseph Joseph Glass Worktop Protector (Ware SG12) Gifted 40cm x 30cm. Could be used for food preparation or as a chopping board. Has a plastic foot at each corner on the underside.

Free: Tower Fan (Ware SG12) Gifted On probably the coldest day of the winter so far I’m offering a fan to keep you cool. It’s made by Wickes and stands about 30 inches tall. It has three fan speeds, it will oscillate to deliver cool air over a wider area and has two hour timer enabling you to put it on when you go to bed knowing it won’t be on all night. I retrieved it from my parents’ loft. I have briefly tested it and all the functions seem to work.

Free: Curver Stackable Storage Crates (3) (Ware SG12) Gifted Each one is 35cm x 27cm x 22cm. Would benefit from a wipe down but perfectly serviceable.

Free: Convector Heater (Ware SG12) Gifted Bought many years ago to keep me warm in my unheated flat but not used in recent times. Provides instant heat. Measures 56cm x 37cm (excluding feet) x 11cm. Made by Berry Magicoal. 8 heat settings. Includes a rudimentary timer which still works. Feet can be removed to allow it to be hung on a wall. Has been stored in the garage so has picked up a few marks.

Free: Kitchen Scales (Ware SG12) Gifted Retrieved from my mother’s house. Digital. Branded Weightwatchers so presumably has some special features. Measures in ounces and grams. Needs 3 AAA batteries (included). Can be hung on wall when not in use.

Free: Puzzle Roll (Ware SG12) Gifted As the box says, it allows you to carry and store a puzzle before completion. Suitable for puzzles from 300 to 2000 pieces. Consists of a mat in a soft felt like material and a two part cardboard cylinder for storage and transport. Also includes a 1000 piece jigsaw.

Free: Doulton 20 Piece Dinner Service (Ware SG12) Gifted Still in original boxes and packaging. Just taken a few pieces out for the photo. Designed by Bruce Oldfield. Conists of four each of large plates, small plates, bowls, cups and saucers.
