Free: 3 Seater Leather Sofa (Matlock DE4) SCS sofa approximately 6 years old. I’ve sat on it every day, so one end is slightly lower than the other as can be seen in the picture. Approximately 2m long (I measured including the arms)seat height approx 38cm. Front to back - including the back is about 97cm, seat front to back is approx 59cm It is in fairly good condition, it does come from a household with cats. (In case anyone is allergic). The only reason I’m getting rid of it is because I’m getting a knee op soon and need a higher seat. Still has its fire tag on. Collection only and the back comes off to make it easier to move, but it is quite big and would require 2 strong people to move it.

Free: Table (Matlock DE4) Gifted White and grey checkered formica topped wooden table, with a little flap that can be raised to make it slightly bigger. Two small drawers and wooden fixed legs. It’s been in my family as long as I can remember, but is now just sitting in a back bedroom. So I’d like it to go where it can be useful once again. Could do with a refurb, (bit of new varnish on the legs needed etc) but is serviceable. Please pick up with all you’ll need to transport it, as I’ll struggle to help move it due to bad back and knee. Size: all sizes are approximate- just taken by tape measure Height - 76cm Width - 90cm Depth front to back - just under 56cm which can be increased by about 22cm when the flap is raised. ** Mod Note ** Please check wood is not treated with chromated arsenate and is suitable for indoor burning.

Free: Glass globe ceiling lampshade (Matlock DE4) Withdrawn I’ve swapped this out for a wicker one to go with the rest of the house, so it’s now surplus. No damage to glass floral pattern as seen in the pictures, about 10” high

Free: Chair (Matlock DE4) Gifted Reproduction wood frame chair, ruler in picture to give you an idea of how low it is. Needs some tlc. Comes from a cat friendly home. Free: Wooden cube tables (Matlock DE4) Gifted Solid wood cube side tables need a little tlc Chair just visible in picture to give an idea of size. Some wax stuck to the top of the larger one. Both need a good clean up

Free: Cordless phone with answering machine (Matlock DE4) Expired I don’t know if this would be of any use to anyone. It’s a bit dusty as it’s been sat on a shelf and not used for a couple of years. It was in working order at that time
