Request: A pair of dumbells between 1kg and 2kg in weight (Far Bletchley MK3) Expired I have generalised osteo-arthritis and, to ameliorate the pain, have been prescribed several exercises that require the use of dumbells (in an ideal world). I am using tinned tomatoes as a substitute but I find it difficult to maintain a comfortable grip on these. if nayone has a pair that is surplus to requirement I would be dleighted to receive and make use of them.
