Does anyone want to gain some free space by donating an exercise bike to my husband who has been recommended to use one to build up muscle following a ruptured tendon in his thigh, please. Willing to collect at a mutually convenient time. Many thanks.

In case your not of that generation, U3A is an organisation that has local self run multi interest groups for retired people so articles are geared to 55+ age range but could be of interest to anyone. All I ask is for a polite request and a day time when you can definitely pick up.

This is a small freezer that we had from another freegler to use as a spare in the garage. It was from a fitted kitchen so has the fixings for a front to match a fitted kitchen. This is a CDA microwave/grill that was removed from our fitted kitchen last year and kept as a spare. When needed the light came on and the turn table rotated but nothing else. Terracotta centre section of 3 seater sofa, little used. Be aware the sides have the mechanism for joining to the other two seats so could do with being removed and sides covered if cosmetic appearance is important. It is fire safety compliant. Please let me know when you are are able to collect. It is quite heavy and currently upstairs and I am unable to carry down myself.

Reposted after no show. Two replacement ink cartridges for Epson Stylus Inkjet printer colour 600 etc. See photo for more models. We also have the user guide for the printer having free cycled it a few months back when clearing space for building work, now found these whilst returning things, possibly the person who collected 2 printers from me may find it handy..
