Need flat pack book shelves and cupboards with doors. Has to be assembled to fit through loft hatch size 27inch x 16inch. Also planks to make a floor please. Grandson is setting up his first home on a tight budget.

3 seater sofa/bed. Metal frame. Foam padding. Nice quilted removable cover and matching cushion. It is easy to open out into a bed, then fold up into a sofa again. Very comfortable, I am only giving it away because I am down sizing. Measurements: sofa - 5 feet wide. 3 feet depth. 2 feet 8 inches height of back. Bed - Approx 6 feet 10 inches long and 5 feet wide.
