Free: Carpet off-cuts (Clevedon BS21) I have several pieces of unused good quality carpet in various sizes, from approx 180cms x 90cms, and some smaller pieces. These are too good to throw away and I hope they can be used by someone, if only for car door mats or pet baskets.

Free: Very old cookery books (Clevedon BS21) Expired These have been well-used and date back to the 1930s, ‘40s and 50’s. Found among a relative’s books. Could be of interest to a keen cook, to compare with today’s recipes!

Request: Book by local writer. (Clevedon BS21) Expired I'm looking for a book by Lawrence McGahan. The title is Blackout - No Postcode and it was printed in 2009. It's about the writer's life, living in Clevedon during and just after WW2. I've looked on-line and it seems to be unavailable, and Clevedon library and Community Book shop don't have it. If anyone has a copy, it would be much appreciated.

Free: Electric kettle (Clevedon BS21) Gifted Russell Hobbs stainless steel kettle. Good working order but the lid has to be opened manually.
