Double bed, 2 drawers, wooden headboard, fire rated mattress (Fishpool Valley HR6)
Very comfortable double bed, fire rated. There's a couple of threads pulled on the mattress and a bit of wear and tear on the divan where it was caught when we moved it. The base splits into two so that it's easy to move.

Two old but comfortable arm chairs (Fishpool Valley HR6)
One has fabric which is coming apart on the arms. It would need 2 people to collect as there are stairs.
