Handmade dolls house (to renovate) (N12 North Finchley)
Lovingly handmade by my dad in the 1970s, this dolls' house is looking for an appreciative new home. - Opens from both sides for easy play - Garage with working doors - Open roof cavity - Structurally very strong, though it has been in storage for a while It needs restoration, and the fun part is ready and waiting: new wallpaper and floor coverings. I am including genuine 1970s wallpaper and vinyl samples to get you started, plus various bits of furniture. A lovely project for any enthusiast wanting to make a special gift for children. Measurements: 1 m high 65 cm wide 115 cm deep Collection from near Finchley Memorial Hospital.

A kneeling chair is an ergonomic seating option that angles your thighs downward at about 60 to 70 degrees, distributing your body weight between your buttocks and shins to reduce lower back strain. Used and showing signs of wear but a lot of life still left in it.
