Igenix fridge freezer 47 x 59 x 83.5 cms. The door seals are not perfect as they have some marks on them (although they work fine). They are currently having a soak to try to improve them. Other than that it is in working order. We used it as a drinks fridge in a barn.

This bed is very old but serviceable as a spare. The bed underneath has metal legs under it that pop up really easily to raise it to the same height. The underbed does have some damage on the matress from kitten claws. But would be fine with a matress protector.

Good condition and very comfortable. It is worth noting that futons are a firm type of matress. Sofa converts easily to double bed and can be done by one person but you need two people to lift it back up to a sofa position. Futon matress is heavy. Drawer underneath for storage of bedding.
